to provide us with all Material (or "Content") to be used for your
project. You certify that you are the owner of all Material submitted to
us, or that you have obtained permission from the copyright owner to use
any Content, including, but not limited to, photographs, clip art,
graphics, animations, video (analog or digital), music and/or text. You
are solely responsible for, and assume all copyright liability for all
Content you submit. You agree to indemnify and hold LGDIGITALMEDIA, and
its respective representatives, licensees, successors, subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents or other partners, and employees, harmless
from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by
any third party due to, or arising out of, Content you provide, your use
of our Services, your connection to the Services, your violation of the
Terms Of Service, or your violation of any rights of another. |

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY |

and agree that LGDIGITALMEDIAshall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages,
including but not limited to, damages to, theft or loss of the Content
you provide, damage to DVD players, computers, or other equipment, loss
of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, resulting
from, but not limited to, product defects, accident, misuse, acts of God
or other circumstances. While every effort has been made to ensure the
accuracy of the information found on this site, the information is
provided only as a guide. We do not warrant or guarantee accuracy or
completeness of any information, and are not liable for errors or damage
caused as a direct or indirect result of the use of this site. |

FORMAT & COMPATIBILITY |
| The format we use to
finalize your projects will be a DVD-R this is the most used format to
record any digital images to a DVD. Please read your DVD manual to
understand the compatibility. Our DVD will be recorded under North
America Region Code (1). To play back into different region please
inquire about transcoding di TV Color format. We will not reproduce DVD
under Region 0 (Zero). |

TIME RECORDING |
| For quality purpose we
record DVD and VHS format at SP speed. For those project where the final
time will be below 58' we will record at the lowest speed for DVD only. |

TURNAROUND |
| All the orders we will
process with in 24/48 Hrs after we receive the order. Because we handle
many kind of services which require meticulous attention to offer the
best quality and service to our clientele. Please allow a period from 15
to 30 days (for busier period). We cannot guarantee delivery dates and
will not be held responsible in any way for delays of any kind. |

PAYMENT |
| We accept only the
following methods of Payment: Cash, Personal/Company cheque, Paypal,
Interact On-Line. All the cash payment are for cash on collection. For
cheque payment, please, include your cheque with your order and make
payable to GIUSEPPE LANZETTA; after we clean the cheque we will start
developing you requested project. Paypal payment please use send money
to: paypal@lgdigitalmedia.com or send to us your Paypal account and we
will perform a Money request. For Interact On-Line please refer with you
local bank. (Bank they use the service are: Bank Of Montreal, CIBC,

PRICE |
| All the prices indicated
in our web site and/or price list are subject to change without notice.
All founds are in Canadian Dollars. All taxes are applicable for Quebec
Residents (GST & PST) rest of Canada (GST Only) foreign customer are not
eligible to be charged any kind of taxes and/or duty. Any duty charge
will be issued at the receiving of the material check with your local
Custom office. |

SHIPPING |
| We use Canada Post
service for shipping back all the project previous shipped by our
customer. We will use UPS and/or FedEx for large quantity. An insurance
up to $100 will be issued without any charge. Above that please inquire.

RETURN & BACK-UP |
| If you receive a
defective disk we will be happy to make an exchange. Return within 30
days. Included in our service will be a 30 days back-up from your
original project. |
