• We scan slides of the following format: 35mm, 110 1x1 and 2x2, 126, 127 and superslide at this resolution: 2500, 3200 and 4000dpi. We save the files in JPG and TIFF lossless format or both.

•We perform a slide scan with the latest scanner device capable of the maximum resolution for the project.

• Before been ship and finalize our transfering the customer will pre-view the photos from our online album.

• Any imperfection (visible) will be corrected.

• Your final media CD or DVD will be integrate an autoexec file to play directly on your PC.

We perform two kind of final product. Standard and Deluxe. Below you can compare the difference between service. The real choice of long lasting archival wil be the Deluxe version because our final media we offer: The Gold Archive Disk (CD/DVD)

What we will try to obtain from our scanning project is to maximize the flexibility of the final customer project. For the facts scanning at the maximum resolution will not be the best way. But we belive scanning all the negatives at the maximum resolution we will offer the possibility for our customer to do what ever the project will require. Will be much easy to down-size a scanning file.

Our archive file will be JPG for Standard and JPEG & TIFF for lossless picture quality for Deluxe option. In the case the customer will decide to opt for our deluxe service we will send back one (Gold CD/DVD) for JPG files and as many as required discs for TIFF format (Gold CD/DVD). For the standard we ship back the same kind of extension file but on high premium CD/DVD disc quality.

A small thumbnail album (with an extra cost) will be shipped back for easy to browse the CD/DVD disk.

This is always depend our traffic. Holiday and vacation time. We, as soon receive the order it start the processing test, exam and cleaning and organize for the technical department. Once the order reach that we email to the customer confirming the started process. After that it will be tranfer to our shipping department. Once againg the customer will be informed of the time and date of the shipping.

Usualy regular non busy time this is the schedule time processing:

Less then 500:
10 to 20 business days

500 To 1000:
20 to 30 business days

1000 to 2500:
30 to 40 business days

2500 and more:
More than 40 business days

We offer free shipping back for Canadians customer when the total amount (before Tax) is more than $150.00. Other than that we can can't predict the weight and/or the volume of the package to determinate the fee now. So we will bill you in our final mail of the confirmation of the final step before shipping.

The first step will be that to categorize and numbering your negatuves as you will expect to be in order per each disc. Usually a date order or categorized by event and time then numbering the picture. Once you had create that fill up the form from our Order Form page; print it sign and attached along your package.
